"This office gave great customer service from the initial contact with front desk to the agent, Jon, that I was assigned to. All my questions and concerns were addressed to give me the best auto and renter's quote on the phone and decided to finish at the office. Doing face to face business confirmed easing my decision to switch with how I was greeted and checked upon while notifying I was there. Jon is patient, genuine, and thorough; even managed to lower the quote amount!!! Above and beyond and I hope I don't have need for claims, but seems I will still get the service I need with a smile."

"I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. While the staff was initially pleasant to talk to, they were unable to resolve an issue caused by one of their own representatives canceling the wrong car on my policy. I called multiple times and was repeatedly assured the issue would be rectified. Despite this, weeks went by with no resolution. Then, I started receiving notices from the state of Florida, stating my insurance was canceled, and I faced license and plate suspension. To make matters worse, the app showed my payment was on hold, and the rest of my insurance was marked as delinquent and canceled. Each time I called, I was told it would be corrected, but there was no follow-through. They cited a backlog as the reason for yet another 4-day delay. This has been going on for over a month, with no end in sight. When I asked to speak with Brian, I was informed he was like the CEO and doesn’t speak directly to clients. Furthermore, he was unavailable until after the holidays, and I’d need to schedule an appointment to speak with him. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expected better from State Farm, especially after being a long-time customer."

She was understanding about my work times and took the time to schedule a time for us to speak on one of my days off. She informed me of all my options and price rates. It was an actual savings that i will see. And she was prepared with all info gave me and quote and stuck to it. No adding people that i didnt want on the policy. And even gave me better coverage then i already had. Wasnt on the phone for hours because she was too busy adding unneacessary fees or wasnt explained. Very straightforward and didnt take forever on the phone asking for things she already know like my driving records and the info shs had was all correct. Progressive was the opposite of everything i liked about state farm. Great job to katie she single handly secured my business and relieved a ton of stress. A breath of fresh air.
