"I got what I think was a sales call from someone at Brian West office. This person was vague and wanted me to schedule an appointment at that time for an appointment. I indicated I was at work and couldn't make an appointment at this time but wanted to know what this was referring to (many companies are dropping clients and I wanted to know what this was really concerning). The individual on the phone talked over me and hung up while I was asking a question. Seemed very odd an unprofessional."

"Thank you for your help today Che Seegobin! We just joined State Farm. (I left this review about a year ago). UPDATE: fast-forward a year later and the rate has increased from about $150 for the insurance estimate I was originally given to $761 for our last bill. That’s not a typo —$761 per month! We did have our teen twins plus their younger sister added onto the insurance since the original estimate and one incident where our vehicle barely scratched another car but this still seems like quite a bit per month according to estimates I find online."
